1. What areas are supported for shipping?

Due to the instability of international shipping and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States.

Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

2. Delivery time

Our delivery time is 4-11 business days, including 1-3 business days for order processing and 3-8 business days for shipping.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM (PST).

Orders placed before 10:00 PM Friday will be shipped during the week and orders placed after 10:00 PM Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders are not processed at weekends.

3. Shipping Method and Freight

We use FedEx Express, and the shipping time is 3-8 business days.

We will provide you with free shipping regardless of the amount of your order.

4. What if the order processing time is too long?

If your order is not shipped for more than 3 business days, you can contact us by email [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

5. What should I do if the shipping time is too long?

If the shipping time is longer than 11 business days, please send an email to [email protected] and we will help you refund or reship your order.

6. Sales tax/remittance fees

Sales tax/remittance fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

7. What if the goods are lost in transit?

If the mattress is lost in transit, please send an email to [email protected] and we will replace it for you.
