1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (PST).

Return orders submitted after 10:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 10:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

2. Return and exchange validity period

The site supports 30 natural days for no reason to return or exchange.

If you receive the product more than 30 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

5.Return and refund process

Pack the mattress: Please pack the mattress in its original packaging, including the accessories and gifts received.

Send it by yourself: Send the mattress to 3209 Enclave Cir, Atlanta, Georgia.

After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier bill number by email [email protected], so that we can check it as soon as we receive it and refund for you.

Return Shipping: If you choose to return the mattress because of a quality or shipping issue (such as wear and tear on the mattress received), the shipping cost will be borne by Myfurniturebazaar.com.

If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the mattress received (color or style), wrong shot, etc., the postage will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing: Once the returned mattress arrives at Myfurniturebazaar.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
